• No security system is 100% foolproof against all possible attacks
• You should never share your device PIN or recovery phrase with anyone
• Physical security of your device is your responsibility
• Regular firmware updates are essential for maintaining security

• Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and investments carry risk
• You should only invest what you can afford to lose

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELECTRUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
